Added Dec 04, 2009This article about "bo-tax" - or, a five percent tax on cosmetic procedures, including Botox - was in a NYT opinion blog today:

I'm against this, mostly because I don't agree with most of the health care bills that have recently passed. Without getting into a potentially heady political crossfire, I think that if there were some clarity on where this tax money would be specifically spent, I would be more considerate.
