Not personally, but friends have tried it. The verdict is that they are more accountable when they have to physically show up to be weighed in rather than self-reporting online.

I have used it, and I didn't really like it. I found that the program didn't have many of the foods I would eat, and I didn't like the point system. There is something to be said for accountability, though. I used My Food Diary online for a while and liked that system much better. Calorie King is supposed to be a good one too.

I'm also a fan of myfooddiary.com. It's easy to access and keep track of what you eat although it makes me a little obsessive. Still it was eye opening to really see the true calories of different foods.

I have a few friends that have attempted the program, but they've not had great results. They felt it wasn't enough support for them.

I think there's something to be said for the original Weight Watchers prototype, which involves weekly meetings and weigh-ins. Having real, in person support feels a lot more authentic than tracking progress online it seems. I can't vouch for this personally, but know that my sister tried Weight Watchers a few years ago and not only did the extra pounds stay off, the healthy eating habits she learned stuck with her.
