Jamba published a book that has oodles of smoothie ideas - that would be the best place to startwww.amazon.com/Jamba...

Wendi--if seeing a lot in the forums about coconut milk, which is a new concept to me. I couldn't find an article or discussion about it. Can you tell me the health benefits from it (or if you know where I can find that on the site, can you direct me)?

Okay, I'm game! I'm guessing it's heat-sensitive (best for cold use)? Do you get yours online, through a grocer, etc.?

My favorite smoothie consists of one banana, a handful of frozen blackberries, green powder, ground flax seeds, soy milk and a splash of high pulp orange juice. I often drink it after I return from a run, though - it's a bit filling and will cause cramps before a run.
