Added Dec 22, 2009I'm sure we've all heard it, but.. according to the December 2009 issue of Archives of Dermatology: smoking, being heavier, not using sunscreen and having had skin cancer appear to be associated with sun damage and aging of skin on the face based on a study of twins.
Typical skin aging is characterized by the development of fine wrinkles and skin growths. But photodamage is characterized by coarsely wrinkled skin, spots of extra pigment or lost pigment and dilated blood vessels on the face.
Time to hit the gym, quit smoking (if you haven't done so already), and use a good sunscreen!!

Hey, Katherine -
That link is broken, but IS Clinical makes a GREAT Vitamin C serum (I think that's what you've linked to, at least). I finally had the opportunity to try it out this weekend, and I love it.
I think it's also important to realize that we are what we eat: good nutrition is essential to good skin, as is a good night's sleep. Don't discount the value of leafy greens and 8 hours of rest in the battle against bad skin!
